Day 1: Arrival Lima
Assistance on your arrival in Lima and transfer to your
selected hotel. Free time to rest and prepare for starting
your trip around this magical country.
Day 2: Lima – City Tours. (B)
In the morning, city tour of the "City of Kings" including
the Historical Center of Lima, visiting Main Square,
Government Palace, City Hall, the Cathedral (where the tomb
of Francisco Pizarro, conqueror of Peru, is located),
Cathedral's Museum, Temple of Santo Domingo (tombs of Santa
Rosa and San Martin), Temple of San Pedro, Lima Colonial
Balconies, Torre Tagle Palace, Paseo de Aguas and Convent de
los Descalzos. Then, drive through the residential district
of San Isidro, visiting El Olivar Park; Miraflores, visiting
the Kennedy Park, Love Park and Larcomar Mall.
Day 3: Lima – Cajamarca. (B) (L) (D)
Early in the morning, transfer to airport to take a flight
to Cajamarca. Arrival at Cajamarca and transfer to Granja
Porcon. You will have the morning off to relax. Lunch.
Around 2 pm we will start a tour by the community and
countryside, visiting Lazareto waterfalls, forests of pines,
craft markets and a mini zoo. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Granja Porcon. (B) (L) (D)
Visitors can take part in a series of farming activities
such as planting and milking cows by hand, live side-by-side
with members of the community, giving them a window into
their lifestyle, traditions and daily activities.
Day 5: Granja Porcon – Cajamarca. (B) (L)
After breakfast we will start our tour to the Archaeological
Complex of Cumbemayo, visiting very interesting remains and
sites in the area. Return to Cajamarca and transfer to your
hotel. Lunch. Afternoon city tour. Overnight.
Day 6: Cajamarca – Lima. (B)
Breakfast in the hotel and transfer to the hotel to take
your flight to Lima. Arrival in Lima and reception in the
airport and transfer to your hotel.
Day 7: Lima – Cusco. (B)
Early in the morning, transfer to airport to take a flight
to Cusco. Assistance on arrival in Cusco and transfer to
your selected hotel. Free time to take a short rest to
become acclimated to the altitude. In the afternoon, city
tour of Cusco visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and
the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha. Then, drive out of the
city to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca
Pucara and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuaman which is
built strategically on a hill overlooking Cusco. It is
famous for its enormous carved stones joined with astounding
precision to form the outer walls. Some of these stones
stand over 9m / 30ft tall and weigh over 350 tons. After

Day 8: Cusco – Sacred Valley – Ollantaytambo. (B) (L)
Excursion to the "Sacred Valley of the Incas", a succession
of picturesque towns, agricultural terraces and
archaeological sites. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays,
we´ll have the opportunity to bargain with vendors or stroll
at the Pisac's typical Indian market. There is a catholic
mass service on Sunday (celebrated in Quechua, the native
language). Lunch at a local restaurant in the Sacred Valley.
In the afternoon pass through Calca and Urubamba towns to
arrive to the Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo,
which was built to guard the entry of this part of the
valley and protect it from enemies of the lower jungles. It
consists of a series of superimposed terraces of carved
stones accessed by long staircases. We will have the
opportunity to walk through the quaint streets of the nearby
town, religious and agricultural centre during the Inca
Empire and get a clear idea of the military strategy against
possible invasions. Overnight in Ollantaytambo.
Day 9: Ollantaytambo – Pumarka – Willoc. (B) (L) (D)
After the breakfast we will begin our long walk towards the
last enclosure of Pumamarka in an approximated time of two
hours. In the evening we will continue our long walk towards
the Community of Willoq where we will spend the night.
Day 10: Willoc Community (B) (L) (D)
Today we will participate completely in the activities of
the settlers, like the Earth preparation, sembrio and the
preparation of Pachamanka (Eaten Andean). Breakfast, Lunch
and Dinners prepared jointly with the villagers.
Day 11: Willoc – Ollantaymabo – Machu Picchu. (B) (L)
It is our last day of coexistence with the settlers of the
Community of Willoq. We will enjoy it to the maximum. We
will visit with them and see its weave crafts. In the
evening after a small goodbye will be returning to the city
of Ollantaytambo. After, continue to Hot spring villages.
Arrival and transfer to your hotel.
Day 12: Machu Picchu – Cusco. (B)
Early in the morning, transfer to the bus station for a 45
minute ride to the famous Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu. One
of the most renowned examples of Inca architecture, known as
"The Lost City of the Incas". We will get on the train in
Aguas Calientes station for a 30-minutes drive climbing a
6km of winding road to reach the marvelous citadel. Upon
arrival, we will take a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting
the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial(the
greatest Intiwatana), the Royal Quarters, the Temple of
Three Windows and various burial grounds. Time free to
stroll by the archeological site. Late afternoon return to
Cusco. Overnight.
Day 13: Cusco – Lima. (B)
Breakfast in the hotel. After, transfer to the airport and
take your flight to Lima then continue with next destination
or your home.
